The E series is the new series of Sacmi electronic fillers, dedicated to the beverage world.
The E series is distinguished by its complete range of applications
(the models available are suitable for glass, PET and can filling, at ambient temperature, cold and hot filling, for large and small sizes)
Filling technology is of electronic-volumetric type or electronic-level.
Volumetric type filling takes place in the following way: each filling valve is equipped with a magnetic flow-meter, which measures the volume delivered in the bottle, thus allowing machine electronics to manage the filling.
Level type filling takes place in the following way: each filling valve is equipped with a conductive level probe, which senses the presence of the liquid, thus allowing machine electronics to manage the filling.
All filling cycle phases are managed through valves with pneumatic control.
The electronic management of the filling allows monitoring of each single valve, as the performance and any possible malfunction of the valve are sensed in real time; such management system also allows to modify bottle filling level from the operator panel.
